- 1 tsp pink rock or grey sea salt
- 1 lb venison or beef stew meat
- 1 quart vegetable broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, minced
How to make:
- Over medium heat, sauté oil, Jerusalem artichokes, onion, garlic, carrots, and salt for 5 -7 minutes.
- Then add meat, water, broth, and rosemary. Let the mixture come to a light boil and then simmer down the heat.
- Cover the vessel and allow it to simmer for 45 more minutes.
