  1. Wash the rosehips and later dry them up whiling removing the tail as well as top of each of them.
  2. The fruits are to be cut half and seeds are to be removed.
  3. Place these rosehips in a warm teapot while boiling the water.
  4. As soon as the water boils, pour it over the rosehips.
  5. Now cover the teapot with teapot lid, allowing the rosehips to soak water for about ten minutes.
  6. By the use of strainer pour a cup from this teapot.
  7. This cup is now ready to be served as healthy fresh rosehip tea.
